Yet another voicebank update

Thanks to MASTERCHICHAN, he fixed Stella's oto.ini once again, and I fixed some notes that were bugging me as well, so I think there shouldn't be a problem anymore...
And instead of updating this voicebank so much, I think I should record it again and perhaps learn to make triphones... :/ I'm still not quite pleased with the voice, but ah what can I do ;_; it's my voice after all ^^;
